I had a little pattern buying splurge on Friday ...
I love this sample so much ... the frosted orange glows beautifully with the contrast of the matt black.
The only drawback is that, at two diamonds width, the beadwork is too wide for a cuff (well, to fit me anyway). I'm desperately wracking my brain to come up with alternative uses, because I really want to keep on beading ...
The pattern is Cubism Diamonds by Carol Dean Sharpe/Sand Fibers.
I'm glad you're enjoying this ;) There was a reason I didn't design this 2 diamonds wide. lol
Could you use this as the center focal point and work just the center diamonds for the remainder of the cuff on either end? Otherwise...start over and work the pattern at the width I designed it (1.5 diamonds wide). Or you could do it in size 15 delicas.
