Since I took Valerie Hector's workshop on Chinese netting, I've been wanting to experiment with right angle weave. (Okay, so that doesn't sound like a link but it makes sense to me).
Right Angle Weave has never really appealed in the past because all I had were cylinder beads, but I completely forgot about the 6mm beads I bought off eBay (in the form of many, many necklaces in pink, blue and lemon).
Coupled with the discovery of a RAW Beading Basics booklet (from Bead and Button) that I bought last year some time and quite probably never looked at ... I've gone all 3-D.
Each plane in the almost-cube has a little window in the centre. I'm using up the nasty Nymo D that is pre-waxed and having a good old play. As with the pillow beads, every object is too big to wear, but it's all about the learning experience.
